Admissions

Appointments: To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. But like humans,  pets do not synchronize their illnesses and medical needs with an appointment book and sometimes surgical procedures, extended appointments, and emergencies may delay our schedule. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time. A phone call is appreciated by all if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Early Service: Arrangements can be made to leave your pet for the day (dropped off as early as 7:30 am) to receive services. This has proven to be very convenient for those owners who are unable to come during appointment hours due to work schedules or other scheduling issues. There is no additional charge for this service. 

Surgery & Anesthesia Appointments: Those patients being admitted for a surgery or anesthetic procedure should be fasted before admission. Pets should eat dinner the night before, but should then have any remaining food and water taken away at 10:00 pm. We ask that you drop off your pet between 7:30 and 8:30 am the morning of their appointment.

Our office hours:

Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm

Appointments start at 8:30 am

Pets scheduled for surgery need to be dropped off in the morning between 7:30 am and 8:30 am.

Grooming pets need to be in between 7:30 am and 9:00 am.

Boarding pets can be admitted anytime between 7:30 am and 4:45 pm.

Our hours on Saturday are 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. 

We welcome you to stop by at any time during office hours to take a tour of the facility.
