Welcome to "The Lodge" at Best Care. We are now offering Upscale Canine Suites.

What will be available to your four legged friends:

  • individual LCD DVD players and Radios
  • individualized attention
  • fluffy beds
  • plenty of leg room  

You have individualized camera access to your friends, all you need is internet access. You can view the accommodations 24 hours a day while you are gone. A unique password will be assigned to you at time of check in.

Accessing your Camera:

  1. user name and passwords in lower case only
  2. the username is your last name and your password is the guest's name
    (if either one is less than 6 characters long add 1's to the end until you have 6 characters. 
    eg. teddy <-- only 5 characters  would be teddy1 
          abby <-- only 4 characters would be abby11
  3. viewing in internet explorer allows zoom in and out feature
  •  Cabin Suites for our smaller friends
  • Bungalows and Villas a bit bigger to be able to stretch those long legs

 

Stop by and check out our facility at any time.

 
List of approved personal belongings to bring with your pet:
    - Medication
    - Own diet
    - Harness (as opposed to collar)
    - Indestructible Toys (non-edible) ex: Kongs or Busy Buddies
    - Piddle or puppy pads used for housebreaking (bring at least 2 for each day)
   
 
List of unapproved personal belongs that will not be accepted:
    - Bedding or Beds (we supply all bedding and beds that fit into our washing machines and dryers)
    - Leashes and Collars (we use our own for safety reasons)
    - Food or water bowls (we supply)
    - All other toys (for safety reasons, we can not accept, rawhide, plastic toys, fur toys, etc.)
    - Crates
 
 
Please be prepared upon admission to give a detailed listing of any personal belongings left understanding that many dog foods, toys, harnesses, etc. look alike so we will be detailed, which may take some time.
